The goal of mental training is to control thoughts, emotions and one's own behavior in such a way as to promote performance, well-being and personal development - especially in challenging or performance-intensive situations, for example during an album production or a tour.

I am Cornelia, a certified mental trainer from Leipzig.

Mental training fascinates me because it shows how powerful our thoughts are and how we can use them in a targeted way to shape our lives in a self-determined manner.
I am convinced that for those who believe in themselves and have the courage to grow inwardly, all paths are open.

 

Having worked in the music industry since 2020, I understand the challenges my clients face. I know and understand the daily hurdles we encounter in this unique and demanding sector.
