5Raumfenster play what they themselves tongue-in-cheekily call “Rockternative”: a musical Molotov cocktail of German-language rock and indie influences, mixed with orchestral elements.
What makes 5Raumfenster special is their attitude: their music isn’t born out of perfectionism, but from formative experiences, growing up in a village, passion, friendship, values and diverse musical influences.
Since 2016, 5Raumfenster have developed into one of Saxony’s most exciting up-and-coming bands. In addition to their own gigs, the five lads have played support slots for acts including Hi! Spencer, Butterwegge, and TYNA. 5Raumfenster have won awards such as the title of ‘Saxony’s Most Popular Up-and-Coming Band’ and the ‘Leipzig zeigt Courage’ prize. 5Raumfenster impress not only with their energetic live shows, but also with their growing fanbase, some of whom follow the lads all across Germany.
